Our primary contributor to the Eagle Blog is Bob Hatcher, who retired March 31, 2001 from the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA) after 23 years as the Coordinator for Non-game and Endangered Species. Bob is a long-time supporter of and adviser to the American Eagle Foundation, and possesses an encyclopedic knowledge about the Bald Eagle.
